AYNA will be glad to follow any specifications that customer's request(some additional options may require an additional and fair charge). In the event that drawings, manuals, and/or specifications, ITP are necessary for the correct completion of a job, and those documents can be provided.

Delivery is the essence of the contract ! The

delivery date suggested in the quotation means

the estimated time of the departure from factory

location.

will offer a best delivery time to

meet enduser's demand. Within 7 days after

placing order, the relevant drawings will be

submitted for final approval. Most of the patterns

or/and designs are well furnished all through

experiences

for

years. It helps to reduce the

heavy preparations for several kind of each

different specified items.

Upon receipt of an order for manufacture, sales department will

prepare and deliver to administration to issue a work order folder and

then will submit the relevant report or documents as the followings.

a. Qualichek Spec Data Sheet to Buyer and All Internal Dep't.

b. Proforma Invoice as Order Confirmation to Buyer.

c. Work Order Sheet(WOS) to All Internal Dep't.

d. Full Set of User's Specifications to Internal Dep't.

e. General Assembly Drawings with Sectional Description to Buyer.

f. Technical Meeting Report to Internal Dep't.

g. Expected Production Schedule Table or Shipping Schedule to Buyer.

Prior to shipping, the packing slip with the valves will be checked to

be certain that the information provided matches the information on the

customer's purc

hase order. If this discrepancies are found, the

customer will be contacted and

the correct information will be obtained

to repair or replace the valve.

The type of inspection documents to be supplied to the principal

shall be as specified in the purchase order contents. KMC will provide

full documentation which shall be available prior to shipment to

buyers. Computerised data or photo-copies of originals(Verified and

signed by the quality assuranc or quality control department) may be

provided i

nstead of originals. Not only test and inspection or material

certificate documentation but also packing list & invoice will be

presented at least 3 days before shipment from factory

warehouse.

KMC's documentation shall include the following contents to fill in

compliance with order.

1. Purchase order and identification of the valves by its own serial.

2. Material test reports and inspection certificates as per specifications.

3. Non Destructive Examination report including drafts.

4. Full set of general assembly drawings with its parts' description.

5. The others : Warrantee or guarantee letter, installation or/and

operation,

maintenance manuals, relevant catalogues etc.

Witness or third party inspection reports

or/and shipping release note

from forwarder.
