Selective choice of materials with regard to analysis and degree of temperature, Ayna can recommend and
verify the best suitable materials for end-user's purpose. All the selected materials by user can be provided
according to the most recent international standards such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, DIN, EN, BS, JIS, KS etc.,
with all necessary chemical analysis composition report and documents.
The type of inspection documents to be supplied to
the principal shall be as specified in the purchase
order contents.
AYNA will provide full documentation which shall be
available prior to shipment to buyers. Computerised
data or photo-copies of originals(Verified and signed
by the quality assurance or quality control department)
may be provided instead of originals. Not only test and
inspection or material certificate documentation but
also packing list & invoice will be presented at least 3
days before shipment from factory warehouse. Ayna's
documentation shall include the following contents to
fill in compliance with order.
1. Purchase order and identification of the valves by its
own serial number or manufacturer's heat number to
be able to trace the material defect from the
production process.
2. Material test reports and inspection certificates as
per specifications. Ayna will provide inspection
certificates in accordance with DIN 50049. 3.1.B
and/or EN 10204.3.1.B, ISO 10474 type 3.1.B(Test
report according to ISO 10474 type 2.2) which
implement the materials traceability system to ensure
that materials requiring spec are fully traceable to their
certificates.
a. Test report shall state : Test result, testing methods
specified in the order, purchase order number,
applicable material standards and its code,
corresponding materials/items including relevant
identification markings, compliance with the specified
requirements.
b. Inspection certificates shall include : Test result,
testing methods specified in the order, producer's
order number,
certificate identification number and date of issue,
detailed material certification, mechanical properties
and chemical compositions, N.D.E methods and
results when applicable, positive material
identification test results for materials having a
P-number of 3 or more, as defined in ASME section IX,
results of hardness & impact tests when applicable,
reference to heat treatment procedure, furnace charge
number and heat treatment records when applicable.
3. Non Destructive Examination report including drafts,
if necessary, showing the location of examination. R/T
shall be retained by Ayna for at least five years.
4. Full set of general assembly drawings with its parts'
description.
5. The others : Warrantee or guarantee letter,
installation or/and operation,maintenance manuals,
relevant catalogues etc. Witness or third party
inspection reports or/and shipping release note from
forwarder.
